Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on:

Transfers and Sublimation Prints

Made-to-Order Products

Seasonal and Sale Items
These items are made or prepared specifically for each customer and cannot be restocked, resold, or revoked once delivered or printed.
❌ No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

Incorrect spelling, size, or design submitted by the customer

Customer change of mind after purchase

Delayed delivery caused by third-party carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)

Failure to read product descriptions or policies before ordering

We are not responsible for errors made during the ordering process.
✅ When We May Offer a Replacement
We only offer replacements in the following rare cases:

Wrong item sent

Item arrives damaged

Manufacturing defect
📸 In such cases, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery with:

A clear photo of the item and issue
If approved, we will offer a replacement for the same item. Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances unless a replacement is unavailable.
🧾 Digital Files Notice
All digital downloads are delivered electronically and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable once the download link has been sent or accessed.
This applies to:

PNG / JPG / SVG files

Sublimation designs

Printable artwork
-
Transfer templates
Due to the nature of digital products, access cannot be revoked after delivery.
🛍️ Physical Products (Non-Custom)
Non-customized, unused physical products (e.g., blanks or supplies) may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, only if:

The product is in original condition

You notify us in writing before sending it back

The return is pre-approved

Return shipping is paid by the customer
Once inspected, store credit may be issued. Refunds are not guaranteed.
