Custom and personalized items: Require 5–10 business days before shipping

Sublimation prints, transfers, and special orders may require extended processing, which will be clearly stated on the product page
Note: Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
📦 Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, based on item size, location, and service availability.

Customers are responsible for tracking and receiving their packages. Once marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for replacement or refund.
